Copyright Assignment & Usage Terms

1. Transfer of Rights Upon full payment, the Photographer hereby irrevocably assigns and transfers to the Client all right, title, and interest in and to the purchased images, including all worldwide copyrights, reproduction rights, distribution rights, display rights, and the right to create derivative works. The Client shall own the images exclusively and may use them for any commercial, marketing, advertising, or personal purpose without restriction, limitation, or additional fee.
2. Photographer’s Limited Retention The Photographer retains only the non-exclusive right to display the images in their professional portfolio, website, and social media channels for self-promotion purposes, unless the Client explicitly waives this right in writing at the time of purchase. The Photographer shall not sell, license, or distribute the images to any third party after the transfer.
3. No Attribution Required The Client is not required to provide credit, attribution, or a link back to the Photographer in any marketing materials, advertisements, or publications. The Client may remove any watermarks or metadata prior to use.
4. Warranty The Photographer warrants that they are the sole owner of the images and have the full right to transfer these rights. The images do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
5. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. By purchasing an image, the Client agrees to these terms.
